Personalized layouts are layouts that are basically for you.You can have your name on it,or have personal photos such as yourself,family or friends.The possibilities are limitless its just up to you what you want in the layout

How will I know when its done?

I will mail you the code when it is completed along with a screenshot of the finished layout and then you can determine if you want to change anything.
